Beginner Sand Tray Play Therapy

presented by Rosemarie Ludwig, Ph.D., LPC of Phoenix Psychological Services, P.C.
Co-Sponsored by AZAPT

This training will explore the fundamental theory, skills, tools, and methods of Clean Language through the use of Sand Tray Therapy. Clean Language is designed to activate and clarify metaphors and symbols which underpin a person's way of thinking. Metaphoric thought and Metaphoric language go hand-in-hand. Hands-on experience in a small group setting allows participants to practice new skills under ideal, almost individual, supervision. The training will involve lectures, practice exercises, videos, and hands-on work in sand tray using Clean Language to activate the symbols and metaphors placed in the sand.
