This workshop will explore the basic tenants of Reflective Supervision with an emphasis on allowing the participants to discuss their experiences and share ideas. Additionally, the developmental nature of supervision relationships will be explored. Participants will also learn about the challenges of "holding the space" and potential strategies to strengthen their practice.

Cost is $40 for ITMHCA members, $55 for non-members
